FAQ

Common Questions

Do I need my exact birth time?
Exact birth time is strongly recommended — the Lagna (ascendant) changes every 2 hours. Hospital birth records are most reliable. If you don't have one, I can do a reading based on the Moon chart (Chandra Lagna) — mention this when booking.
What system of astrology do you use?
Vedic (Jyotish) astrology — Parashari system, sidereal zodiac, Lahiri ayanamsha, Vimshottari dasha for timing. This is different from Western/tropical astrology. Your signs will likely differ.
Can I ask specific questions?
Yes. Career, relationship, relocation, health, or timing questions are all welcome. The chart reading covers the relevant houses and dashas for your question.
What if I need to reschedule?
Rescheduling is free up to 24 hours before your session. Cancellations within 24 hours receive a 50% refund. Email hello@astrorules.com to reschedule.
Do you offer sessions in Hindi?
Yes. Sessions can be in English, Hindi, or a mix — whatever feels most natural.
Is payment secure?
Yes. All payments go through Stripe — the same processor used by Amazon, Google, and Shopify. Your card details are never stored on our site.
